How To Order From Hansfords Please note that no payment is taken unless we have the item(s) in stock if a product is out of stock you will be contacted via phone or e-mail. No card details are kept on our system and are electronically destroyed after payment has been taken. Placing a order You can order either by telephone or online, we can only deliver to addresses in the uk mainland only.(other addresses please phone for price). Placing a order online To place a order online simply select what size/colour you require then add the item(s) to the cart using the add to cart button, then select amount of that product you would like to purchase and then either add more to cart or checkout, if you add more to cart you can continue shopping or brose ,if you choose to checkout you will then be asked to fill in your delivery details and any Special Requirements / Comments / Messages you have, once these are filled out you can then proceed onto the payments page, from here you can either wait for us to phone and collect your details or pay via debit/credit card through the online form. This transaction is carried out on our secure server which has 128 bit encryption. If the item(s) are in stock payment will be taken and the good sent out. Return / Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
